PICTURE: A thing I will paint and then two color refs

That first picture I want to make into one of those really detailed, painterly kinda still shots. You know the ones. You've seen cartoons.
The other two are references for what colors to use in a couple scenes. Non-default colors. I drew them and King chose the colors. Luigi's decked out in his "cigarette suit" as I'd call it.
I'm almost finished with my half of the first part, actually! I've got like... four more shots left. Of course, right after that, I'm getting right into part 2 no hesitation. The gap between parts will be like... two weeks. We're acting fast, here.
