Happy holidays, guys! Here's a little bonus gift I've been sitting on...

It's a prequel story about Shirley and Ashley, the mother and daughter from my story Visiting Nurse.

This story finds Ashley in her final year of high school. A sweet girl, Ashley suffers from an incurable glandular disorder that causes her to pack on obscene amounts of weight regardless of what she eats. Her weight and illness are already holding her back and keeping her from enjoying many of the rites of passage afforded to the average 18 year old. Luckily for her, her mother Shirley is always there to care for her.

Sensitive topics include: force feeding, gaslighting, manipulation, and morbid obesity. It's creepy at times.

This is sort of a tester story that I could see leading to a couple of future installments. There's about a four year window between this and Visiting Nurse, and I love the characters/premise. I'm gonna put up a poll this weekend to gauge opinions. Please vote. It's anonymous and I have thick skin.

I really appreciate all of you for enjoying my work enough to pay for it, especially during a pandemic, during fucking Christmas time. I've kinda been busting my ass lately trying to make this worth it for all of you. And it's paying off. Of course, the party doesn't stop here, Army Wives chapter four drops Monday. January release schedule early next week.
