Damn. Shit got HEAVY in this chapter. I'm honestly debating whether to continue reading, as I'm feeling morally conflicted over getting off on the result of someone going through (what feels like) very real trauma and pain. Your writing hits too close to home for me sometimes. But its also testament to how great you are as a writer overall.
