2020-07-15 23:24:00 +0000 UTCFanbox is a good option since SubscribeStar doesn't allow PayPal for 18+ content, you would have to censor the pictures you upload directly to fanbox but you can share direct links to dropbox or google drive etc. for the uncensored stuff. It's the method most westerners who draw stuff that is in conflict with Patreon's ToS use and it works just fine for them.
