Update + one more month of billing paused

Currently working on finishing the last batch of rewards and establish a proper daily routine of drawing so that art production resumes as it should've always been.
Second update is that I have paused billing for November as well. Current patrons will not be charged for November. New patrons that sign up in November will be charged as that is how Patreon works in these cases, but considering that signing up also gives access to all previous uploads, it seems about fair.
