Maybe that or just something Meaty's related in general" sopaypillo I'd like to suggest a meaty's monster i've been thinking about. You know how there are ghost towns, that have one or two caretakers? What if a meaty's appears in there and needs to put more effort into luring in travelers?, maybe with otherworldly commercials that appear sometimes on TV and radio and hypnotize people to come in, or maybe invited by hypnotized caretakers, that also see a chance to revive the town? In this case the monster is like a "public relations" mimic, that does a better job at pretending to be human and emulates a personality. But I also imagine, what would it look like if the meaty's tried with only the few caretakers? How much can it twist and deform them if it can only use them and the wildlife? ------------------------------------------------ Though the Burger Child is the most well known entity from Meaty’s Burger Child, even being the chosen namesake of the cosmic eatery, they aren’t seen extremely often among the other creatures of the establishment. When a beef seed is planted, and a Meaty’s Burger Child establishment is grown from it, the flesh within that isn’t used to create a faux eatery, is molded into various food stuffs for the location to sell, and an initial Burger Child as well as several Feasting Throats within the location. The Burger Child and the Mascots stand to appear like parts of the establishment, with the Burger Child itself often times remaining in the back, tending to the inner workings of the location and ensuring that the location is producing larvae, an egg like initial state of the Gutworms which looks to us like ground beef, and providing their own ambrosia, a grease like liquid akin to semen that when cooked with the larvae it becomes an active fetus to implant into a creature to be grown within their stomach acids. The Feasting Throats will slither out into the night, seeking creatures to hypnotize with their light, and then feed themselves to them to hide within their throats to transform them into mascots. The Mascots place fliers around and lure people to the restaurant to work as employees and keep the place running smoothly so that they can continue their façade. Burger Children will appear if they are needed, or may make special appearances in a restaurant, and they will slowly incorporate themselves into the meals of others as their bodies are so laden with the greasy ambrosia that they can greatly accelerate and increase the effects of the food. The burger child may sit in a back room, and when those who have eaten enough to no longer be able to see what the location truly is, they may be elected to go to the back where the burger child will tend to them until they birth the Gutworm, collect their scraps to be ground into more food, and repeat the cycle. If the location is attacked, the Burger child will emerge to protect it, revealing the hideous worm from within itself to aid in the violent attack, and occasionally reverting to a more primitive form. Burger Children can generate a foreskin around their meat to protect themselves from attacks, and they can use this to evolve their body similar to a cocoon, and return to a more primitive state formerly known as the Ezem Eren. Burger Children present their flesh to be consumed, with a single burger child being so steeped in ambrosia that it can birth up to 100 Gutworms in those that consume it. When a mother finally bursts from the gutworm within her, the massive worm emerges and enters into the depths of the restaurant, often times using it’s innate psychic abilities to spread their influence further, occasionally slipping into towns and hiding their presence through these psychic abilities and luring in others. The mother, is often killed by this process, however the mother occasionally survives, and becomes a Tattered Mother or Fleshmother, and becomes a sort of hideous guardian creature of the Burger Child location. The process works and continues to propagate the species, however if the process goes perfectly, it can create another burger child. If a mother has become pregnant with a gut worm, and is able to handle the strain of consuming day in and day out, and doesn’t prematurely rupture from this process, she may become what they call a Divine Mother. These mothers will form not only a gut worm, but the various gutworms within will meld together into a singular hivemind and become a new Burger child. Such births will always allow the mother to survive the process. These mothers will be provided with a Beef Seed, and a pilgrimage to go off to a far location to plant the seed and allow it to be born into a new Meaty’s location, thus spreading the congregation. When It comes to the strange eldritch flesh of the Meat mother, millions of variations can exist, and there are likely new entities being born into the universe daily across time and space. However some of these variations are fairly common, at least as far as strange variations go. In locations where there have been very few people, or open areas of wilderness, it’s far more often for animals to consume the flesh and become mothers for the Gutworms. In such situations, it’s far more common to create a variation of the Burger Child, known as a Burger Pup. Known in ancient times as Barbaranu Erre, or Entrail Hounds, the Burger Pup is very similar to a burger child in it’s facial design, however it’s physique is much smaller, and it possesses a much more lithe and quadrupedal stance. Where a single Burger child will be born, usually up to 8 Burger pups will be born, working as a pack to charge off into the wilderness to new areas. They will often times attack animals and attempt to provoke a fight response among them, allowing the animal to then fight it to the death, kill it, and eat it, getting a taste of the flesh of the Burger pup. Burger pups carry within them the beginnings of a beef seed, and thus they are very adept at spreading the flesh when they rush into the wild and allow themselves to be consumed. On occasion, Burger pups may be created within a location still inhabited by people, as animals begin to eat the leftovers and become afflicted themselves. In situations such as these, the Burger pups will possess similar jobs, however they may also simply attack humans whom do not participate in the Process, tracking them down and tearing them apart with their rows of teeth and the ability to distend their jaw and crush flesh and bone with their grinding teeth. A Burgerchef, is a specialized version of a Burger Child that may also form in locations that are extremely successful, or in a location that is having difficulty finding “Customers”. Burgerchefs are Burger Children that consume additional flesh within the establishment and utilize it to undergo a process similar to becoming a mascot, however they instead take on a much more bloated form with a large burger like head and a moustache and nose. Their teeth become large and their mouth can open very wide, while their belly distends to the point that it engulfs their legs in flesh. Burger Chefs, known long ago as Tupsarru Ezem, Chief Entrail Men, or Revered Entrail men, have a much different look than they had long ago, though their purpose is much the same. If the Feasting throat cannot find a proper host, the burger chef takes on the Feasting throat itself and becomes the Burger Chef. The Feasting throat and the Gutworm combine together into a unique lifeform. This changes the properties of the Burger Child and allows it to store more flesh within itself. A Burger Chef can open it’s mouth far further than a burger child, and their new, larger teeth are able to cause quite a bit of damage if needed. Their innards also fill with a thick, brown, yellow, and red condiment that they can project fourth to coat creatures in and make it difficult to run due to it’s slippery and also sticky texture. This is known as the Special Sauce. They can still perform the hypnotic actions of the Feasting Throat by opening their mouths, and they possess the same qualities as an Alpha Gutworm. On occasion they may open their throat and allow the worm within to extend out and attack. Burger Chefs perform the duty of Mascots as well as the duty of a burger child, and they will lure in people and pose as an animatronic or costume to appear friendly or silly. Burger Chefs are created in areas that require a larger, more notable mascot to bring in customers, but they are also used in areas that require more defense and protection. Regardless, they often times are seen among “Animatronic” bands that play in various meaty’s locations as entertainment. These locations began forming within Meaty’s establishments to aid in distracting guests with music, and thus formed several new mascots, or repurposed old ones to aid in ensuring many hosts would arrive to consume the flesh. ------------------------------------------------ Can you BELIEVE I never did a base entry for just the damn Burger Child?!
