while Luminus and Violet are not like ACTUAL gods, they are both considered gods by certain groups. Primordial demons are considered to be supreme beings by their descendants and Luminus is the god of a religion for humans haha Luminus used the 'Charm' skill that was mentioned in the last episode on Paulo. It is an Intrinsic Ability for Vampires. Yes, this takes place in between seasons 1 and 2. Rimuru is not a True Demon Lord in this OVA. The movie takes place after season 2 and Rimuru is a True Demon Lord during those events. A good wayt to tell is the abilities he used. He has Gluttony and Great Sage here, instead of Beelzebuth and Raphael. Tracking Rimuru's current abilities is a good way to tell at what point in the series certain events take place. Honestly, considering the power scaling that we have been able to figure out from other arcs in this series, they made Rimuru a bit too weak in this OVA. Archdemons shouldn't actually be much of a struggle for Rimuru at this point in the story. I know they didn't really have Rimuru go all out or fight both at once but they still make it seem like he is around Archdemon level when he has far surpassed that. He is about to have his fight with Hinata in like a week after this story so he has the fighting ability of a very high level Demon Lord Seed here, even approaching the combat capability of a low level True Demon Lord.

Some of the content, though, may have to wait for additional OVAs or a 4th or even 5th season to be fully revealed. That said, in Season 2 we got to know that there are seven primal demons, code-named with colors. Guy Crimson was the primordial Red (Rouge) and is believed to be the most powerful, in part because he has an actual name. Diablo was the primordial Black (Noir). The others are only hinted so far.
