Apito and Zegion had more of an intro in the LN early volumes, and in the Manga a bit later. The main anime has pretty much ignored them so far, though the OVAs have mentioned Apito as the source of the medicinal honey Rimuru shares out. I expect to see them become more prominent in Season 3 of the main anime.
