Vilous | Gold Ring Government and Law [Pre-reading the Raw Concept]

Bloodstone people formerly known as Nobles, are the shadow of the Golden Glory days, they have a "blood painted" past. Their nobility lines are vastly different from the general affairs of aristocracy. They are not monarchs or lords, more or less resembling religiously engaged people. A form of self imposed victimized aristocrats.

The Bloodring is what they have named their society and system which presides over Gold Ring, and is centered around the "Blood painted past".

Currently, the specifics behind Gold Ring electing a Judda are unknown, however, the Bloodring system will change or add to Judda requirements with the occasion of Nevreans joining Gold Ring.

Within the Bloodring, Rooters and Bloodstones sit at the parliment table. Their work is comprised mostly around keeping the laws of old, and the system in place. It is conservative at it's core, but new information and problems are always brought in by outer gate officers such as Kiki's Agudner, for example.

There are no noticeable political parties formed as of yet. It may change in the future.

The Bloodstone folks live their lives contemplating the past, thinking towards the future and studying myth and history excerpts here and there from a few Rooters, some of which are members of the political table.

As with everything, Rooters are not exactly members of the circle, their role is more advisory.

One might say that the purpose of the Bloodstone people is to save and not repeat the petty blood feuds that their ancestors, the Agur and Southern Sieg had. Opting to take in exiles, refugees, a policy of no blood spilled, even going as far as to shelter and not execute Rain herself.

That is the basic philosophy within the Constitution of Gold Ring. Sergals and Agudners are to always cooperate, be joyous together and never repeat the mistakes of the past. Garden Knights which take up arms and represent Gold Ring need to understand these laws and mandates perfectly.

In the old times, people had understood these facts well, however with Gold Ring expanding constantly, growing with numerous population from immigration, the mixed blooded people and commoners start to readily forget history.

It is one of the reasons why the Bloodring society gave birth to the Garden Knights and their system. To remind people of the basic tenets and philosophy of Gold Ring. To keep the Constitution and inception in people's hearts and minds.

It is also why Garden Knights are not armed for combat. They must do their best to keep the peace of Gold Ring, with peaceful methods.

To be a Bloodstone, the main requirement is to be of pure blood. Such can be proven with direct ties to Agur and Southern Sieg clans via engraved stones, declaring one's lineage.

One of the obligations as a Bloodstone folk is to own and manage a Garden. They are responsible for the minutia of managing, recruiting officers, green gardeners, etc. However Gold Ring Eltus Gardens are not personal properties of the Bloodstone, because Bloodstone folks are not considered individuals by law.

Worthy of note is that Bloodstone folk themselves are not above the law. As the Law is word. It is carved in stone.

Bloodstone  = Member of high society, able to trace back their pureblooded roots and live within the inner circle

Bloodring = The system they have formed for themselves where laws are established around the political table
