You know, the console that's a trans metaphor? With how it went from a big clumsy brick to a smaller unassuming version to a filled out colorful curvy thing? That's what I played Kirby on.

Despite some hardship, some bumps she’s Stephanie fucking Riley and well if cheerleaders can do anything, she can too.

And also keep going with When You Fell From Heaven and Man-Machine Interface. I am aware that this might mean you never sleep again or possibly investigate cloning but that is a price I'm willing for you to pay. Seriously, a wonderful episode. Steph's nervousness at being out in public was beautifully portrayed and then the encounter in the cafe was terrifying. But also, if only the girls could see it, encouraging. Nobody helped the bigot and multiple people came to Steph's aid. This is exactly how it is, as I'm sure I don't need to tell you. A tiny minority causing a ruckus that belies their size while a majority who don't care and some - less than it should be but still more then enough to outnumber the bigots - being active allies. And the long-awaited (?) return of Dorothy Marsden. It's looking like Book 5 is going to be an absolute stormer.
