So... As of Tuesday this week I got a pretty unpleasant case of food poisoning. What I hoped would only last 24 hours hung around for a good solid three days. Three days in which the only thing not coming out of me was worthwhile writing. Three whole days lost when I was already approaching a creative wall, and had three commissions on top of the Patreon story update. I barely managed to get something done for one commission, got halfway through another today and suddenly it all came down on me at once. I've got nothing left in the tank. I need to step away now or it's only going to get worse.

So, the Patreon story won't get updated this week, or next. The week after it will come back with this week's winner getting a chapter. I really, truly, genuinely wish it hadn't come to this butt it's just where things are right now. I wanted to get one more week of content out and life decided it was having none of it.

If this is unacceptable to you, and you want to withdraw your donation for the month or for longer, I'll understand. Bad enough it's my Patreon anniversary and Patreon keeps sending me e-mails about how I should celebrate by doing MORE stuff... And then I end up extending the break I already planned on taking instead.

So once again, I'm really sorry.
