Life, Loot, and a Little Gamer Girl Mischief~

Hey my lovelies~

Even though I had planned on taking a break from dedicated photo shoots to focus on my art - especially the Candy Meets the Law series and the Friendly Encounter one-page comic - I just couldn’t keep this excitement to myself… I’ve been dreaming up a new photo set idea, and I think it’s going to be so much fun. It’s a gamer girl series! I’ve done a few before, but it’s been a little while, and this one… mmm, I can already feel how playful it could get. Cozy lighting, controllers in hand, snacks scattered everywhere (and yes, any props that are edible will definitely get eaten afterward hehe), and a little bit of chaos as I “get lost in the game.”

Some of the later shots might get a little more daring… soft undone laces, hair brushing my cheek, a controller momentarily forgotten as the focus drifts somewhere a little more tempting… nothing too obvious, just enough to make the imagination linger. I think it could be a perfect mix of shy, cozy, and… maybe just a touch feral, like I really, really want to dive into this if I can find the time. I’m already buzzing just thinking about it.

I’m also gonna do a little fitting test with my new Moeflavor Loona set - the Helluva Boss bodysuit, all the accessories, and of course the cute wold ears Headband… and… well, if I like what I see… maybe I’ll let you peek at a few quick pics. Nothing too fancy, since I don’t have time for a full shoot, but I thought it would be fun to give you all a little preview!~

Life’s been a little wild lately, so here’s a quick update! I was DMing my Tuesday group yesterday, and oh boy… the party is trying to take down a nasty cult. I ran the 4th-level lair encounter from Grim Hollow, but I might have overestimated them hehe. They ended up alerting like… 14 cultists? And wow, action economy is such a real thing with so many enemies. The paladin with Shield of Faith had like 23 AC, but I swear I was critting like crazy. With our house rule that maxes original dice on crit and then rolls crit dice (a little 4th-edition nostalgia), I actually managed to take down the paladin and leave two death saves... mid-combat! We had to end the session there, so we haven’t even gotten to the cult leader yet. Luckily, the rogue and monk are fast (Owlin and Fairy) and my DMPC goblin Alchemist teleported to the roof to snipe with her crossbow, so they’re holding their own. I really should draw my gobbo DMPC… she’s like a nerdy little Velma with huge glasses, but somehow has 5 in Wisdom, so sees absolutely nothing haha.

Also… a stressful thing actually got solved! I had these unexpected “bills” (let’s call them that) that would’ve cost me thousands, and I was so stressed over it for over a week, but it’s going through insurance, so phew, relief!! My funds were not ready for that kind of hit, so I am incredibly thankful.

On a much happier note… I got an extra action figure! No kidding. I bought the new Gangsters Inc figure, Sparky, and Mezco shipped him through a 3rd-party shipper. Not long after, I got a second one! first came in a white plastic bag (no tape or blind bag), and the second came the normal way, Mezco-taped box with blind bag. I’m not complaining~ he’s expensive and I’ll happily take it haha. Sadly, no doubles for minty fresh edition Doc Noc and Yeti, but oh well, that would’ve been too lucky anyway.

And… two weeks ago was my birthday! I’m officially in my “milf era” now hehe… no kids, but I have niblings, so I count, right? I’m the cool aunt who buys action figures for the little ones. I don’t get to see them often since my siblings live a bit away, but it’s always such a joy when we do.

Oh! And a little tank update… my turtle tank... it’s still holding tight! Getting it fixed was such a struggle though… I ended up hurting my left middle finger in the process, and it’s still sore. My doctor says I should wait a bit longer before we check it out more properly, instead of just poking at it myself… so for now, I’m being careful, but the turtles are happily swimming along, blissfully unaware of the chaos I went through for them hehe.

So… that’s my little life update, and now I’m just buzzing with excitement to actually start planning this gamer girl shoot. Cozy, playful, a little flirty, and maybe, just maybe… a touch feral. I can’t wait to share it with you all~
