The original has her eyes open but I felt it seemed more Misery for her to be content and just playfully saying "Aaaaahh!" as he dangled there.
Lots more to come and if you're waiting on a commission, don't panic! This is a good sign. It means I'm getting stuff done and your drawing is coming up!

I can't help but see Misery choking with wide eyes trying to either spit him out or swallow him down XD
