New target goal at 3500$!

We have added new goal to have Nezarn work on TeknoParrot/OpenParrot full time.
His specialty is graphics and thanks to him many games are playable on AMD hardware, such as Initial D series.
Also the surge of new NESiCA titles supported is all thanks to Nezarn.
All addional funds will go towards buying PCBs from Japan, dev hardware and our bounty list on google docs.

Currently Nezarn is trying to figure out House of the Dead 4 shader issues, the game is otherwise already running and playable with full controls! (If graphics would work properly...)
