I can only imagine how your players Psyche is holding up. Unfortunately, it doesn't get any easier from here. Your players will start off either visiting the church and acquiring some holy tonics; perhaps even more than they bargained for if their perceptive enough or head straight for the Brewery to investigate. Be sure your players are ready to face what's to come, because once madness sets in, theirs no going back...
Some important notes from my own experience is that you don't want to go overboard with Madness, rolling too much on the table can get annoying and tiresome. For the final boss make sure you make it rather obvious that attacking the eldritch husk will help them, honestly, if they don't you're looking at a TPK!
This Session will run approximately 4-5 hours if your players do everything!
