Happy June Everyone! I can't believe summer is nearly upon us. With a new month comes a new monthly wrap-up, and boy is there a lot to discuss!
New Mini-Campaign
First off, work has begun on prepping the next Mini-Campaign; Dragons of Stormwreck Isle! Both Part 1 and Part 2 have been released with only 2 more parts to go! If you're looking to give new players a taste of a short D&D campaign check out the links below!
With the release of this New Mini-Campaign, It will be taking the place of The Lost Mine of Phandelver on the Adventurer Tier with The LMoP now being moved to The Hero Tier. There's no need to worry though, for all current Patrons, you'll be retaining access to the prep. I'll be sending an email to everyone once the change happens and it'll have a link to The Complete Collection that you can download!
For all my followers, If you've been thinking about subscribing, now's the time to get the best deal possible!
Milestone One-Shot
Second up is a big one, we're at our next Milestone!!! For whatever reason Patreon decided to remove goals from their platform, but you can be sure that I've been keeping track! I'll be gathering a list of 4 potential One-Shots for you all to vote on and hope to have it fully prepped by the end of the month! Expect to see a poll within the next week! If you have any recommendations that you would like to be added to the poll feel free to let me know in the comments below!
Curse of Strahd
Now if the last one was big, this one's absolutely massive! I've been working on bringing you all high-quality prep for over 10 months now. In our collection we have over 10 One-Shots, 3 Modules, 5 Adventures, and now 2 Mini-Campaigns! With all of that, we're still missing one very important thing, a Full Campaign. While I had intended to wait till we reached a point where I could afford to do this full-time, I think in order to really take Advent's Amazing Advice to the next level I need to work on it now! That's why I'm happy to reveal that starting in July I will begin work on fully prepping The Curse of Strahd!
The Curse of Strahd is a classic, one of the best Campaigns around that will take your players from level 1 all the way up to level 10. It's also one most difficult campaigns to prep for, with information all over the place. Bringing it all together will certainly be a challenge, but one that I'm willing to take thanks to all of your support! I'll be delving deep into the book, and additional resources. I've even obtained the novels from 1993 to make sure I get everything just right!
My only question for you will be how you would like me to go about my release schedule! I'll make a poll before I start releasing everything, but I would like everyone to think about it. Would you like me to fully focus on Curse of Strahd, would you like me to release 1 session of CoS and 1 One-Shot/Adventure a month, or some other combination? You don't have to answer now, but keep this in mind for the poll when it releases!
I hope you're all as excited as I am for this monumental task!
Updated Artwork
Through my research, I think I've found the artist that will bring Advent's Amazing Advice to a truly professional level! I'll be contacting them this month and hope to work closely with them to bring something that we can all enjoy! I've got a lot that I can't reveal just yet, but if all goes well you'll be seeing a whole lot of new things!
Yearly Memberships
Last but certainly not least, we still have some yearly founder memberships available! If you'd like to see this Patreon grow, save money, and unlock all my content, this is for you!
Now onto releases for the month!
Dragons of Stormwreck Isle Part 1 - Have your players sail to the titular Stormwreck Isle, an island shaped by an age of conflict between Chromatic and Metallic Dragons. They'll be able to befriend kobolds, explore fungal grottos, fight those twisted by Orcus, and perhaps save the very island itself!
Dragons of Stormwreck Isle Part 2 - Your players will need to traverse Stormwreck Isle and find Seagrow Cave. A cave system inhabited by an unusual colony of Myconids-fungus people who normally live deep underground. They've gone silent recently and all attempts at contact have been met with a fierce undead fungal octopus. Will your players be able to survive and uncover the secrets of Seagrow Cave?
Thank you all so much for your continued support, these next few months are going to be big and I'm so glad to have you along for the ride!
Cheers,
Advent
