So, your players managed to find the secret entrance to the basement, have they come to realize the tragedies that have befallen this house and everyone in it? Did they choose to accept help from Rose and Thorn? Have they made it this far unscathed or have the threats of Death House scarred them? Whatever they've done, nothing will prepare them for the horrors below...
The basement of Death House is where the true threats begin, be sure to gauge how your players are handling encounters and adjust accordingly. I've included several notes for encounters that can be removed if your players are struggling.
