Happy New Year Plan Change Tier 1
Added 2023-01-02 15:14:25 +0000 UTCHappy New Year 2023 ! I will now change some a bit policy about Tier 1 support, change from holding a poll to my one of my OC instead ! They will wear various suit/version depends on random idea.
If you disagree about changing tier 1 and plan (no more poll), I'm open for your opinion.
