Zombie chick Rottytops from the Shantae games by WayForward. One of Shantae's best friends. I really dig her cute design.
I tried not to simply copy the color palette from the designs of the main character designer KOU, who designed the characters for most of the Shantae installments, but carefully chose the colors according to my own intuition while making them look bright and pleasant.
I like the end result, to be honest. Will be likely one of my choices if I ever make an overview posts with several Halloween illustrations of mine.
