Mia from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn.
She usually wears a leather belt which I still need to add. Her Halloween and summer alt made me realize that she has actually a very distinct and clear color palette among all the FE characters. Maybe that's why she looks so appealing to me. In any case, I couldn't miss out her cheerful expression.
