I planned to redraw my old Halloween artwork from last year for my new merchandise.

I merged both characters down to one single layer so that I could correct the lines easier (color correction will be a bit harder though) and set my focus on clear and bright colors. Ilyana's face got rounder than in the previous version to make her appear cuter. I somehow didn't like Mia's expression in my first colored version, partly because I felt that the sketch version felt more on point, so I tried to make it look more like it was in the early draft stage.

Not sure how to feel about the sky yet, because it somehow looks a bit too bright in my eyes. I take a break from this artwork for now and going to have a look later again to see if I still feel that way.
