I would assume that the desk is helmed by other people sometimes, even though we've never seen this, or seen Asma anywhere else (except when front desk duties require it).

Once I knocked a glass jar to the floor and ended up having to try to clean it up with duct tape and an empty carton of Goldfish crackers. Worked better than you'd think honestly.
