I hated Lucy and Walky because it always felt so forced - or maybe more how Booster described it, that Lucy would lose herself in Walky. But Jacob is kind, reasonable, genuine, and emotionally intelligent, which I feel would be a really nice match for Lucy, who is earnest, caring, and optimistic. I just want both of them to be in happy relationships and I can honestly see Joe and Joyce going in a double date with Lucy and Jacob and it could be extremely cute assuming Joyce lets go of the insistence that Sarah belongs with Jacob, because as much as I love Sarah, she hasn't put in a lick of legwork to earn his attention, let alone his affection.
