37:00- The writer mentions their parents micromanage and undermine their life. I've seen too many parents, bent on staying in control of their child's life, deliberately sabotage their kids' effort to save and move out by demanding ridiculous amounts for rent (and/or reimbursement of the costs of RAISING them, opening credit in the kid's name, etc).
