I don't have any regrets about how much I feasted on this cruise - Buffets, late-night snacks, endless ice cream and desserts, everything within reach at any time. I don't know how I was able to stuff so much food into my belly on a daily basis.
Now that I'm home though, I'm noticing that I have the urge to continue eating just as much as I did on vacation. It's like I trained my stomach to expect a LOT more than it used to.
This 18-minute video was recorded over 3 days (beginning, middle, and just after the cruise) and I talk about what I've been stuffing myself with and how hungry I am after getting home.
